TindaIland is an independently owned and operated resident business established by I-Land Residences unit owners.

TindaIland is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by ISOC Land, the I-Land Residences Condominium Corporation, the Property Management Office (PMO), or any of their affiliates.

For purposes of applicable Philippine data privacy laws, TindaIland acts as the Personal Information Controller for personal data collected through its website, forms, messaging channels, and resident services.

Information We Collect

Depending on the service used, we may collect information such as:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• Tower and unit information
• Residency verification information
• Account and login information
• Order and transaction details
• Payment confirmation information
• Service requests and booking details
• Support conversations and communications
• Technical and security information related to use of the platform

We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, satisfy legal, accounting, tax, security, or contractual requirements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Resident Verification

Information submitted for resident verification is used to determine eligibility for resident-only TindaIland services.

Submitting verification information does not create any affiliation between TindaIland and ISOC Land, the Condominium Corporation, or the Property Management Office.
