Resident Verification
Resident verification is used to determine eligibility for resident-only TindaIland services. Guest access to services specifically enabled for guests does not by itself establish verified resident status.
Verification Process
- Verify your mobile number through the existing TindaIland OTP process.
- Complete the resident application using accurate and current information.
- Submit the government-issued identification requested by the resident application.
- Submit applicable proof of residency or occupancy information.
- Wait for administrative review and approval before using resident-only services.
Why Verification Is Required
Information submitted for resident verification is used to determine eligibility for resident-only TindaIland services.
Submitting verification information does not create any affiliation between TindaIland and ISOC Land, the Condominium Corporation, or the Property Management Office.
Sensitive Resident Services
Parking, Wellness, Digital Resident ID, and other services designated as resident-only remain subject to completed resident verification and applicable service requirements.
