Prepare these details before submitting your resident application.
Owners
Submit an Association or Condominium Billing Statement, Move-in Clearance, or Certificate of Residency or Occupancy.
Tenants
Submit the Lease Contract front page showing the property owner's name, tenant's name, and unit number when indicated.
Review period
Completed applications and document validations are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours after all required information has been submitted. Additional documents may be requested.
